The semi-automatic labeling machine STS818 is an affordable and professional solution for precise and fast labeling of cylindrical containers with smooth walls. The machine can operate in the mode of sticking one or two labels (face-back, symmetrical). Reading the label with an ultrasonic label sensor allows you to work with any combination of label - base, including a transparent base with a transparent label. The machine's setup is minimized and simple to use easily and quickly. It is also possible to label some standard cones. The diametrical reliefs on the container are also not an obstacle, they pass through pre-made slots (holes) on the shafts so that they do not interfere with the rotation process.
Description
STS818 is a semi-automatic labeling machine designed for applying self-adhesive labels on a roll to cylindrical containers. It is suitable for applying labels to wine bottles, honey jars, tahini and other cylindrical containers with a diameter of 2.5 cm to 16 cm. The machine can apply front and back labels if they are printed on the same roll, placing them symmetrically on the container. The speed is between 450 – 800 pcs./hour, depending on the operator’s speed, the diameter of the container and the length of the label. The machine is extremely easy to use and set up. Before starting the work process, it is necessary to train the label sensor on your labels. Two parameters are also set, which depend on the length of the label and the diameter of the container. There is also a counter with which you can monitor the produced quantity. The ultrasonic label registration sensor allows you to work with almost any combination of labels and substrates – transparent labels on transparent substrates, metallic or even reflective labels as it measures the thickness of the label and substrate.
