STS816 is a semi-automatic machine for labeling pouches,envelopes,packages and others up to 5 mm thickness. The machine is semi-automatic - pouches/bags are loaded manually, an optical sensor detects the presence of the pouch and the machine takes it for labeling. Sticking on labels with zippers or valves is provided and the machine handles with ease. The starting position of the label can be determined from the setup menu. The left-right position is determined manually by adjusting the envelope entry position.
STS816 is a professional and precise machine for applying self-adhesive labels on a roll on envelopes, pouches and packages up to 5 mm thickness. Label detection is done by ultrasonic sensor makes it possible to work with various combinations between label-liner, including transparent labels on a transparent liner, metallized and reflective labels. The pouches are loaded manually, the machine picks them up and sticks the label. The label roll is placed in the back of the machine. The requirement for the roller is to be no larger than 200 mm in diameter. and be on a spool/core with a diameter of 76 mm. The distance between the labels should be> 2.5 mm, preferably 4 mm. In the setup menu, the starting position of the label can be adjusted, taking into account the “dead zone” of 25-30 mm.
