Who are our machines suitable for?

Our labelling and dosing machines are made for small and medium-sized manufacturers from various industries. We successfully implement our machines in cosmetic, food, chemical and other industries. The performance of both machines depends mainly on the speed of the operator who works on them. The machines are semi-automatic and the containers are placed and removed manually. Their speed is between 400 – 600 containers per hour.

Not everyone produces hundreds of thousands of products

We are well aware and regularly learn from our customers about the difficulties they face when finding machines that meet their needs. Before we started the production of labelling and dosing machines, we were convinced that there were many manufacturers on the market of production lines or large semi-automatic labelling and dosing machines with a capacity of over 5000 units/hour. However, we did not see machine manufacturers who understand the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in Bulgaria. Our company works for a large part of the Bulgarian industry and even the producers and owners of the large production lines are our clients. Understanding well the importance of small and medium business for the economy, we decided to develop and put into production the obviously missing semi-automatic labelling and dosing machines. STS 808 and STS809.

Small series and different products

There are often situations in which our customers have to produce several hundred pieces from a certain product, then just as much from a completely different product in terms of label, content and container. This is easy with our machines – a short readjustment and the labelling /dosing of the new product begins.
