Purpose
The main role and function performed by the dispensers manufactured by us are filling and dosing of your product in doses set by the operator in advance. Depending on the viscosity of the product, the volume of the dose and the desired performance you can choose from 4 different machines. These are: STS809 STS811G, STS812 and STS813Gfilling machine.
Types
All four machines are separate independent devices that are small in size, portable, and easy to use. The machines work with gear or diaphragm pumps, and those with gear pumps can dispense liquids with high viscosity, such as cream, shampoo-like and other thick cosmetic or food products. Diaphragm pump machines are oriented towards low viscosity liquids, such as oil, olive oil, wine, micellar and rose water, alcohol and other low viscosity liquids.
When working with low viscosity liquids, an inlet hose with a length of about 1.5 m is used, which can be placed in the container from where it will be sucked. Our dispenser is used in a set with a chrome-nickel container (5 l.), In cases when you dose very thick creamy and shampoo-like liquids.
Setup
The machines are adjusted in time and speed. In other words, you do not choose millilitres per dosage (50, 100, 200 ml.), But control the pumps in time and speed. This allows our customers to use one machine for several different products and also fine-tune. All four machines have the same control panel and are identical for operation.
Speed
Depending on whether you are dosing thick or rare liquids, we have 2 machines for dosing thick and two for dosing rare. Larger and more powerful machines for thick and rare liquids, respectively, have a capacity of 10 l / min. in water, and the smaller ones have a capacity of 3.5 l / min.
