Essence
STS826 is a small and compact machine for screwing caps or crimping caps without thread. The machine works with two electric motors without air. One motor provides movement of the screwing head up and down, and the other provides rotational movement. The height adjustment relative to the container is adjusted by means of a guide with a handle, which allows for quick and easy change of containers of different heights. At the base of the machine, a static Y-shaped clamp is provided, which guides the operator where to place the container. A mechanical sensor is also installed on the clamp, which starts the machine when it touches the container. The machine controller contains three main settings, namely mode selection, pressure force and screwing force.
