The STS 823 - 120 mm dispenser is designed for automatic feeding of labels from the base of the roll, to optimize the manual gluing process. The machine dispenses long and wide labels, as well as cut pieces from paper, vinyl, acetate, polyester, foil and other materials, feeding is done vertically. Extremely suitable for medium and long labels.
Description:
The STS 823 – 120 mm dispenser automates the labeling process by feeding labels immediately after peeling. This is done using a sensor and an electronic module, the setting being reduced only to positioning the sensor so that the required length of the label is fed, convenient for the operator to peel it off.
The rest of the base is automatically rewound onto a support for a clean working environment.
The setting is quick and easy and comes down to placing the tape, limiting it and fine-tuning the position of the sensor, without the need for tools for this purpose. The tape is then automatically moved until a label is read in front of the sensor, after it is taken over by the operator – the process is repeated.
The model is available in several variants:
depending on the housing material – steel or chrome-nickel
